The owners, Garry and Derek were very welcoming and very kind! Me and my parter had the best night sleep in a very long time as the bed was so comfortable and very very clean! The hotel room itself was spotless and the bathroom felt like brand new! We were welcomed with lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate and some cookies and sweets as well! The shower was the perfect temperature and was very strong. Although it got a bit hot throughout the night, the window was able to open the whole way which most hotels do not. We had the best night stay and will definitely be coming back again very soon! Thank you Garry and derek for being so welcoming and making us feel like we didn't want to leave! We would recommend this guest house to anyone with a budget because it's worth every penny! :)

We spent a lovely long weekend at the Cavalaire and have to say Derek and Garry were amazing hosts who made us feel very welcome and relaxed! 

Breakfast was great, location was perfect as it was close to the main attractions/locations and the B&B felt like a home away from home! Thanks Derek and Garry and we'll be back soon

We had a brilliant weekend stay in this wonderful B&B - location, room and breakfast (wow!) all superb. A big thank you to our hosts (Derek and Garry) who were amazingly friendly, accommodating and witty; we were made to feel welcomed as soon as we walked in when offered cool glasses of wine. We even got to see the back garden and were also very lucky to see the special fridge! We so loved Derek's rapport he displayed when chatting with other guests who obviously had stayed previously. Such a harmonious and caring person. Thank you for making our weekend fun. We will definitely be back......once our livers have fully recovered. Jen & Hugh xxxx

We stayed for a couple of nights for the Brighton marathon weekend. We were welcomed on arrival by the owner and he made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and there was a wide choice. 

On marathon day the owner arranged for a special breakfast for the runners and taxis so runners could get to the start on time. Thank you!
