So I got a positive results of an infection the night prior to me walking in to the clinic and it said I should go to a clinic to get treatment I went in 8am on the dot with no appointment because getting treatment for a positive is an emergency right.??? They took my details and I waited for an hour which I didn't mind because I walked in only for what I think is the receptionist to tell me the manger is refusing for me to be seen for reasons I'm not sure off. For me I assume this would have been treated as an emergency and I should have been seen because there where no other patients I was the only one in the waiting room because all the people 6 that had appointment had been seen. Very distasteful from management to refuse me treatment. But the lady that spoke to me receptionist/nurse delivered the message so lovely and caring and booked me in for the next day. Management are mean for this decision
Had an early morning appointment with Kate and it was one of the best ob-gyn experiences I’ve ever had. She was very attentive, helpful and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was able to get all the tests I asked for and was also given free prescription meds and other healthcare items right away. The care here is exemplary and the staff is the most professional and compassionate.
I brought my wife to Camberwell Sexual Health, she had an appointment at 1 p.m. We arrived at 12:45 and made the “check in” at 12:47. The staff are no friendly and they joke about the patient’s situation. We have been waiting for 45 min to someone come. After the 45 min the nurse brought my wife to the room, she asked if I could get in with her and they didn’t allow. I stayed outside the room hearing others staffs talking about the situation of some patients and I felt disgust, I opened the door I asked my wife to leave and we left. What is the problem of someone come inside the office if the patient that is my wife is asking for me staying with her. Really no sense rule, because if some minor who wants to have an appointment that person will not be allowed to stay inside the room alone, so it doesn’t make any sense. We went to another clinic and they received us very quickly and they were very friendly as well. I don’t recommend to anyone that clinic.
I contacted the clinic last Friday 20/05/22 needing an emergency copper coil. I was helped by two lovely ladies on the phone who helped me book an appointment the same day. Once I arrived at the clinic Roberto was waiting for me in reception. He spent a generous amount of time talking me through the whole procedure, making me laugh and putting me completely at ease. By the time of the insertion process I felt completely prepared and what once seemed like a daunting and terrifying process, felt comfortable and I had full faith in Roberto. Also to mention the lovely trainee nurse who held my hand and supported me throughout. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and made me wonder why I didn't do it sooner having put it off for so many years! I was out for dinner with some fiends only a few hours after the insertion and have had minimal discomfort since. Highly, highly recommend Roberto Rob. Thank you
The staff deals with me as though they're running their own little establishment. They're not listening to specific needs. You asked for a particular condoms and they basically handed you whatever they please. Silly. Never text test results as promised and phone call goes to machine after selecting an option. I think that the belive they're up and I'm down.
Phone lines not working when they should be open After 12pm. The Zesty website does not have appointments released at 12pm like they said they are. Zero idea how to even get an appointment here and Dean street don’t have any until the 28th of September.
Very professional and friendly services are offered in this clinic, my experience with Natasha one of the amazing doctors that works for Camberwell Sexual Clinic is absolutely outstanding she knows how to put the patients at ease and how to approach each and every one with respect and support. Thank you ever so much for your time.

I had such a great experience here! I came to get my IUD replaced and I was super nervous because of my previous painful experience getting my first one put in. The doctor really explained my options super well and what the procedure would look like. She really listened to my concerns and made sure I had a comfortable experience. I was able to get exactly what I was hoping for, and despite the process itself being uncomfortable, the doctor constantly checked in on how I was doing and made sure I was feeling okay. The overall appointment was super fast and efficient, and I left feeling really happy! I would definitely recommend coming here if you're interested in getting an IUD!
No, I'm not embarrassed to review this place. I'm single and a bit naughty, so I check myself every 3 months. The reason I rate this place with 5 stars is the lovely doctor who served me. She made me feel so at ease that we were even joking about things. Can't seem to be able to remember her first name but I believe her surname was Chang. Well done Dr. You are lovely.
