- The pictures on the internet was so different compared to the room that I got. - smelly especially in the toilet. - I need to change my card everyday - The price was okay coz it's included the breakfast, but the breakfast was not good as well. - The lamp was suddenly turned off (broken). We asked them to fix it, but they said to wait until the technician comes. Then, he didn't come. The next day, we asked the room service woman and then the guy came about half an hour and said "oh" (tested the lamp). We went out and put "do not disturb" sign. When we came back, the lamp has been fixed. Which means he came before we arrived here with "do not disturb" sign on my door.

Nice hotel, decent breakfast. Very nice, helpful staff. Has a decent amount of parking. The rooms aren't anything special, but are clean, and they don't mind you leaving the heating on.

Awful customer service from management. Room had raw sewage smell. My colleagues room also had same smell. Told by receptionist there was nothing they could do... couldn't move us to another free room and couldn't give us the number of the manager as they will not speak to guests. Complete contempt for customer satisfaction. Definitely never coming back to stay here again. Breakfast is also pretty rubbish. Stay away... you have been warned!!
