I love everything about this park: the boat rides are great for couples and families. The play area with a cafe selling ice cream and chips is great too. It's a large park so you can always find a quite area. I particularly love the cafe near the mansion serving homemade cakes. It has a beautiful walled garden, which can be enjoyed in the summer. There's also the landscaped gardens which are pure joy.

Great Park to visit. Larger than I thought with a nice lake, playground for kids or just benches to sit down and relax. In season there are boats, a place to eat and car park too. I have never seen so many squirrels in one location. They are friendly and very active. It was nice and clean at the time of my visit. Highly recommended!

Returned to the park after 40 years when I used to go there as a child. Lovely open space with excellent children playground next to park cafe. Reasonable good snacks etc in a 50s style. Brought back a lot of memories.

Great park. You have lots to do here, from walking, jogging, cycling, playing tennis or football or badminton . Has an area for children with swings. There is also a cafe and ice-cream shop. Huge lake with different kind of birds. The swans are amazing.

Lovely clean park with something for everyone. Good walks, great cafe, lots to see if you like plants and birds. Have been going there for over 30 years and my children take theirs now.
