One of the worst hotel ever I stay.... no window in room. Dirty. Unfriendly staff, poor house keeping. Even I request many time to staff to provide payment receipt but they never provide and start excuse that their computer is not working they will email me..... but still More than 8 months left iI never receive

Terrible place. They didn't understand what I was saying. Literally put me in an ex closet they had made a room called room number 3 and they refused to change my room even though this room had mold coming out through the walls as you can see in the picture. When I told them I'm leaving because it's unhealthy to stay in a room with no windows and mold in it they wanted to charge me the first night! I asked to speak to the manager more than 5 times and he was always "busy". Only when I told them I'm going to call the health department they let me go.

If it was possible to set 0 i did it !! It's dirty, useless and the man who answer our questions didn't understand everything we said. Don't go there !!!

Dreckig ist untertrieben! Das wir keine Krankheiten nach diesem Aufenthalt hatten ist alles... Habe noch nie so etwas ekelhaftes erlebt!!! Zudem gab es dort ständige Eskalationen! Eine Nacht im Abwasserkanal wäre wohl hygienischer. Rate es dringend ab!!!
