A really good value for money. With spacious room, king size bed, bathtub, very comfy mattress, clean towel provided, what else do you need. Very near to Ilford town centre. The only drawback is there is no waiting area for the taxi to drop-off your belongings. A multi-storey car park is just next door though.

Basic Accommodation, with a new style very comfortable medium to firm bed and nice pillows. Ideal for a short stay, which I good for families. Good friendly service at the Ilford location!

Great service, rooms were clean provided with all necessities needed for our stay, king size bed was very comfortable, staff were polite, some reconstruction taking place during the day but didn’t bother as by the time I got back they were gone. Not too far from local transport options, breakfast options are close too, bathroom didn’t have any mats so if the floor got wet it stayed wet until you cleaned it up or room service. 1 of the lifts didn’t work other than that great stay

Good value, nice clean rooms, car park joined on, central location. Helpful staff.

Hotel was hard to find. Room Was large but not well kept. There was loud banging noise from the gym below until well past 9 30 pm which frightened the kids. Staff were very helpful though and good security . Would not stay there again due to the noise
