This is the best hotel for business travellers and family too. Nice location as it is walkby distance to Newbury park station. Staffs are courteous and professional. Great food but limited options though at dinner. Wonderful Breakfast buffet. Excellent lobby for casual drinks and sports/news watch in morning & evening. I will definitely visit again if opportunity arises.

Stayed here back in 2012, that’s the only time I have gone to the U.K..Very straightforward hotel, very nice and helpful staff back then. Nice bar and lobby, tube station is close to get to central London, but it was about 45 minutes to do so if not more and Heathrow Airport was even more of a distance. All in all it was a good experience though, I would love to visit the U.K. again one day.

Comfortable rooms and beds. Cozy space. Has a small bathroom but it's well kept and updated. Good breakfast spread and located in a calm area

Checked in for the day as I needed high speed lan cable access to internet in business centre, on phone and on website or says it has business center but it doesnt- extremely disappointing
