Good reception and relaxing environment. But the head supervisor of the kitchen staff (older lady) lack customer relationship, angry looking face and rude. Not just me but other visitors complained about her as well.

Stayed here 4 nights while working away. Only good thing about this hotel was friendly reception staff, regular room housekeeping and quite good breakfast. BUT Rooms were very small. There was a dodgy smell of raw sewage in the corridors. Wouldn't stay again.

Google doesn't let you choose a negative number of stars so had to choose one. If you have another option choose that and avoid them at any cost. Smoke filled corridors, miniature rooms, bathroom was a joke.... The team is good and they try to make it up for the hotel's shortcomings... Breakfast is a shame.... I don't know how they survive...

Me and my partner spent two nights hear nice room own toilets and showers and staff very friendly .and a good breakfast .
