WONDERFUL!!! What A lovely place to stay. We had the Beresford suite and it was beautiful. The en suite was really well laid out with a bath and separate shower cubicle and it was so clean It sparkled. The bed was really comfy and the sitting area was a lovely addition and everywhere was really clean. The breakfast was one of the best I've had with everything cooked properly - nicely cooked bacon with the fat gently crisped. All members of staff that we met were so helpful and friendly and we will definitely come here again. Can't wait.
I've been to a wedding there and popped in for lunch . It can get quite busy. always better to book but you can walk in and ask for a table . Nice big jug of custard when you order the sponge pudding. The burgers look nice . Staff very polite warm and friendly. And yes sponge pudding home made.x Rooms: Good size room and bathroom when I stayed.
We recently stayed here and enjoyed a lovely meal and the staff even took us and collected us from the nearby town when we were struggling with taxi. Nice clean room. Yes the decor is a bit dated but it's an inn and I expect an older look as that's part of the charm for me. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will return.Rooms: 5/5
Just gone Sunday lunch for the buffet with family and friends. Reasonable prices for most items. A warm welcome with a log burning fire and a small selection of good beers. Always book a table for 4 or more, especially in cold weather as you won't want to eat outside in the cold. Food & drinks: Reasonable prices Reasonable food. Not luxury but cooked on the premises - good wholesome food. Beer always well prepared, don't be afraid to say if it's off because it can happen.
My daughter and I had dinner here last Saturday evening. We hadn't booked and was able to find a table. For larger groups I would recommend that you book in advance. The food was typical pub food. Pizza was filling, and the gammon was tasty. No complaints. And I would revisit.
Stopped here for a night with our dog. Very warm welcome, hospitality was great. We had food on the evening and breakfast In the morning both with dog in toe under the table, brilliant. Lovely clean and tidy a great stay.Rooms: 5/5
We chose the Bentley Brook as the venue for our baby girl’s Christening do. It couldn’t have been more perfect! The buffet was fantastic so many guests commented on how good it was, the staff were super organised and friendly, and the function room looked brilliant. We’d really recommend this venue if you’re looking to book a function! Thank you to the team at the Bentley Brook
Stayed here for New Years Eve Party. Fantastic food, wonderful staff, the table setting was stunning with party poppers and novelties…..in the day we had a lovely walk across fields onto Tissington Trail, this is a perfect place to stay to explore the Trails. Well done Joe and his staff Service: 5/5
I stopped by for a sandwich and a pint, so I can't comment on the accommodation. The tuna sandwich was huge, and came with skins on chips, slaw, red cabbage. All very yummy. The pint of Marston's Pedigree was good, too.Service: 5/5
Owners & staff very friendly and welcoming. Genuinely nice & helpful people. Bar and fire were lovely, all round great inn. The room was very clean & cosy in cold frosty weather.Rooms: 4/5
