Lovely place to shop for your home. Friendly staff all the time we visit the shop. Quality goods. We bought staff for our bathroom and we’re so pleased Cheryl you’ve been very helpful I will definitely recommend friends to visit Bathroom Mountain.
So happy with the items I bought, so much cheaper than the likes of B&Q and Victoria Plumbing. Delivery was free and I was told exactly when it was being delivered. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
I don’t usually write reviews but I have been really impressed with the quality of the goods and their customer service is really impressive. I ordered a complete bathroom from Bathroom mountain. I contacted their customer service about minor issues and the staff was very helpful and quick to resolve. Thank you so much Bathroom Mountain, we couldn’t be any happier with our bathroom and been receiving tons of compliments from friends and family.
Very poor customer service. We purchased a shower room, toilet, bath tube and basin in Jan 2023 and the basin started to crack and swell I called customer service and they asked for more details and photos. I sent them whatever they needed but they never came back to me and whenever I contacted them or emailed them, they simply ignored me every time until I gave up.
I had an awful experience with a faulty product that caused a big problem in my install. Jack in customer service could not have been better. It was handled so well, that I'll be using these guys for anything bathroom related that I need in the future.
