There was a man shouting numbers loudly at his SO, otherwise, great experience. Even got front row seats to the bingo. Must be my lucky day because, lo and behold, my number came up on the screen and I had won a prize!!! 4/5 would shop there again. One mark down for pencil size.

Paid for an item and then waited and waited, even though it said to go to the collection point both on the board and by announcement. Eventually my item arrived but was taken off to another staff member to talk about some code or other on the box. I waited and waited. The 2nd person then took my item to yet another person who was already with someone else, so we waited and waited. 3rd person looked at my item (which was the right thing, exactly what I had ordered and paid for) and said something to the 2nd person, who then took my item off somewhere else before eventually coming to me, finally putting my item on the counter in front of me without looking at me, speaking to me or acknowledging the fact that I had been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, with not one person even acknowledging or speaking to me. After not a word from her I said to the staff member "Sorry for the wait, sorry to keep you waiting, thank you for your patience" to which she replied "we cant give out the wrong products" in a moody voice and an equally moody face. It WASNT the wrong product and I had been kept waiting and waiting and waiting with no apology or even a word. Disgusting service.

As soon as they get mildly busy they don't know what to do. No staff serving at the collection point while the automated announcements continue to churn out your turn to come to the collection point. When someone decides they better start clearing the backlog they usefully start with the most recent item to come out
