All in all, a very satisfying shopping experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Nothing was too much. We couldn’t find the exact piece of furniture in store. No problem, no fuss. They ordered it for us online, including free delivery. Arriving within five working days. They have a wide range of good quality products for sale. At a more than reasonable price. The shop has to floors. Lift for customers use if you don’t want to use the stairs. The cafe is upstairs, can’t comment on service or quality as I was running short on time to try it. We will be back sooner rather than later.
Have always loved Dunelm but I did wonder what was happening with this furniture??? Maybe not the most logical way to build a bedside table . Nevertheless this Dunelm is great and the food is delicious.
Bought a pillow Dorma luxury pintuck pillow, the best pillow you can ever buy period. I have always struggled to find a good pillow that provides good neck support while sleeping. Three years ago I found this pillow and bought one , it provides excellent neck support for side & back sleepers, it's a bit expensive but I think we all agree anyone will be willing to pay to get a good night sleep. It lasted for three years and now it's time to buy another one to continue getting that good sleep. Excellent product from Dunelm.
Wonderful store with ample options for homeware products at reasonable price. Ample parking space and store neatly maintained for public safety.Always a meet and greet person at the entrance to cordially welcome.Ordered most of our home furnishings from this store and their service both instore and online was brilliant. Special mention about Laura in curtains and blinds section who is always very friendly and courteous while giving best tips for customers in making right choices.Colvin, who does the “made to measure” fittings of curtains and blinds did a brilliant job and a very friendly guy.
A great shopping experience, my friend and I wanted to buy the 3 pan saucepan set that was on sale. They only had one on display and upon asking a member of staff Chris went above and beyond to open a newly delivered pallet to enable us to both purchase the set. Thank you Chris. All the staff were very helpful today and our experience in the Cafe was excellent too, the member of staff was on her own and she dealt with everything swiftly, politely and with aplomb. Thank you very much, we will be back
Used to be a good value shop, no longer, too expensive now. Like so many other shops they have increased their prices thereby making people go elsewhere. As for 'digital receipts forget it, I want a proper paper one!
It was a good visit, nice and early before going to work, the ladies on the tills were very polite. I would give it 5 stars if they had more people on the tills so people wouldn't have to wait very long.
Customer Service was great but be prepared to queue and park miles away! The Bank Holiday queue ran the whole length of the store!! I returned later.
I love Dunelm's items I have purchased for years, however going to Maidstone branch has been not a nice experience recently. Few days ago, I was served by Tracy, and unfortunately the whole experience of collecting a couple of items was difficult and I faced rudeness. Unfortunately, I'm always of aware of my accent that changes people's attitude around here, but I do not allow people's single mindedness to treat me without respect. It is another female member of their staff unfortunately I cannot remember her name who refuses to pronounce my name! Some other staff members have been lovely and respectful though!
Very poor service today. Like warm drinks. Cold soup when I asked for it to be warmed up correctly the look of discussed on the staffs faces. Nearly every table was full of rubbish and dirty trays. When our soup came back out hot it was all down the side of the bowl. We have never seen it as bad as this before . Staff need to put a smile on there faces and afew manners would be nice
