I purchased a rug here last year, it was kept in my spare room which was hardly used, after a short amount of time it developed little holes all over it, this was definitely not caused by wear and tear as like I said it was in a room for show and hardly ever walked over. 
I returned this item to the store, they Said it was a manufacturers fault and would send it away. I was told they would be in contact about a replacement. 
To my amazement, I was sent a cheque for £70. The rug originally cost over £130. I'm absolutely appalled that I was not offered a replacement rug or full refund. Terrible customer service! I have tried contacting Laura Ashley several times to discuss this matter but have never been able to get through to the right department. Disgusting customer care!

I love coming to this place, the staff are so friendly.  My rooms look lovely because they take their time to go through the decor.
