Usually have no problems but went to purchase a bird. Asked the assistant if I could buy one. She then left me to go and serve someone else. I had to go and find another member of staff. Not the happiest of people either.

no stars for this place if this review site let me..i waited over an hour [4th in the cue] for a booster for my cat,that ended in disaster as the vet is nervous of cats and prefers dogs,had 2 attempts at the jab sent the cat into a rage resulting in me getting badly scratched.then IM told that if I carnt control the cat he coundnt and didn't do the jab.i in the meantime got offered a squirt of disinfectant gel and that's all ,not even a covering oh sorry used 3 wetwipes. diabolicle service made much worse by the extremely slow admin done by 2 girls who seemed confused all the time. chose a proper vet with confidence tp handle cats if I were you .

What fabulous personal treatment you get at this store. Friendly welcome. Knowledgeable staff. These guys really know and care about the product they stock like it's hand picked by them. Prices are very competitive- however you pay for quality and that is what you get here. I'd rather pamper my kitties with products that are worth their weight, than substandard products that fall apart not long after you remove the packaging. Every member of staff I've ever encountered here has been as helpful as the next and able to advise on many animals. If they can't help they will sure as hell happily point you in the right direction. Added to their busy day is their constant ongoing charitable days which we love coming along to. Keep up the good work Jolleyes. I'm a proud customer. 😊

Bought four budgies from here last year, one of them has died already, I'm not bashing the shop because the other three are happy and healthy but this shop need to supply from a better breeder, because when one dies it is heartbreaking.
