Lovely furniture. The manager was very approachable and helpful when we had an issue with our order. He resolved our queries in a very professional and friendly manner. We are very happy with our new furniture and would not hesitate to buy again from Clarkes. Thank you

Staff are disappointingly lacking when chasing up their suppliers when mistakes occur. Ordered 2 sofas and they arrived with different back cushions than those ordered - not the end of the world. It took 3 months to get the right seat backs made and sent out to us and part of our order is still missing as I write this. The mistake may have been on the part of the manufacturer but Clarkes didn't follow it up unless we chased them. Called yesterday to ask them to put some pressure on the supplier and move our back order up the production schedule - I got a less than enthusiastic response. The laissez-faire attitude is poor. So - great if thing go without a hitch, poor if mistakes occur. A friend is also experiencing delays with a replacement sofa. Think twice before buying from Clarkes.
