Taxi booked 24 hours in advance which never turned up. Phoned 4 times and they never answered the phone. Terrible. Use someone else everyone and save yourself all the problems

Brilliant taxi company! Always on time and quote the price you pay in advance! Wouldn't recommend any other taxi company more than this one! :-)

Booked a taxi for a certain time but when that time had been and gone (by 20 minutes) we called back to the taxi rank and they said a car would be there in 10/15 minutes. When you get the okay for a taxi to arrive at a certain time you expect it at that specific time. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Left me and my elderly parents waiting 40 minutes in Buckingham and kept saying that the taxi was nearly there every time I rang. Once we were picked up, we were then ripped off by the driver who charged £15 for a 5.8 mile journey that normally costs £8. Use a different company would be my advice.
