Absolutely appalling. Taxi was pre-booked for 6.30 pm on Saturday using Taxi Code. Taxi never arrived, called Longwick Cars on number supplied by Taxi Code no response as number discontinued. Phoned Taxi Code (Web3r Services) and were told Taxi had broken down and no other taxi available. They could not offer any alternative. A disgraceful treatment of a customer, we will never use either company again and would recommend that no one uses their services. Incidentally we found a local taxi company (Henry Taxis) close to where we were stranded who provided a 1st class service for 25% less than Longwick charged.
