Awful experience. Thought I'd give a smaller, local cab company a go.. won't happen again with this firm. Called to book a cab, eta given was 30mins. 15mins late, tried to call to chase... took 20mins for them to finally answer. Excuse given: sorry, we don't have enough drivers on tonight, they'll be a while. I asked how long and was told 20mins. So, I waited.. tried calling to chase again, no reply at all.. Result: booked a cab with a well established, not so local company. Cost a bit more because it was out of their area, but they picked me up when they said they would and got me home safely! Couldn't cancel the original cab because they wouldn't answer the phone!

Nigel collected our girls on time and and dropped them on time for the bus to get to school. very trust worthy and reliable. We had no issues at all and would definitely use them again Thank you so much

As the manager of a nearby National Trust property I use Church St Cars on a regular basis. Pick ups for all kinds of visitors, including international tourists from local train stations in Milton Keynes and Aylesbury in particular. We also use them for airport runs and pick ups at all hours of the night or day they are always willing to help. I can't fault the service. Warm friendly and reliable staff. Prompt and timely in all instances and very competitive rates for the area. I would wholly recommend them. 10 out of 10 chaps (and ladies) Well done.

Rang @ 23:45.... Was told taxi would be about half an hour ie about 00:15.. driver will phone or text when he is here. By 00:25 no taxi so rang back and was told he was on his way but was coming from a long way.. will be there soon. By 00:45 still no show so rang back...this time no answer. Our friend had to get his neighbour to take us home. Sent email to firm asking for an explanation but no reply after 4 days... If you want a taxi firm you can rely on to get you home late at night ...this is not the one to use.

I recently used this taxi firm when i was staying in the local area. I used them for several small trips and one longer to the local city centre. All the drivers were friendly and punctual. When i contacted the office to book a taxi the staff were very helpful and realistic about how long the taxi would be. if i was to visit the area again i would defiantly use Church St Cars they provided a excellent service.
