Every week I book a taxi for my Son to get home from College, I call & it only takes a minute to book, they are always on time for him and give me a good price. Would recommend! :)

Always good and reliable. Cars could be nicer but time keeping is more important in my mind. Good value too

Just awful. Had a job interview at 4 o’clock, so booked the morning before hand, so they could arrive on time. After being 10 minutes late, I rang up as I needed to be there on time, to be told they were a couple of minutes away, fine. 15 minutes later, at 4:00 I rang again, to be told there was traffic (if you book in advance, there should be there on time no matter what), and that he was outside now. Walked outside, didn’t turn up until 10 minutes later. 15 minutes late for my interview, and not even an apology. Never use this awful company.

As we (my sisters, my mum and I) were crossing at the first traffic light on exchange street, having come from the town centre, and one of their taxis came down the road. They were a good 15m away when the light turned amber, and then probably about 5m when it went red. The taxi slowed, but didn't stop. We were about halfway across at this point. If we had been walking any faster, one of us would have been hit. I looked at the reg and I believe it was LD59 WHK. I don't know if the driver just wasn't paying attention or just didn't care, but either way this is unacceptable.

Just had JET TAXIS RED ESTATE SKODA OCTIVIA. Reg SP62 OLM. His car was full of cigarette smoke my partner had an asthma attack and we had to get out the car while she recovered. We asked for another car and asked the controller to wave the charge due to the problem we had.He refused and we had to pay the driver we have paid the diver as it was nothing to do with him but we will be reporting this to the council tomorrow
