Terrible service. I wouldn't even give them one star. I booked a taxi on Tuesday for the Friday of this week. I had a text confirmation, it had the wrong date on it. I phoned again the following day to make sure it was correct. They told me it was all booked. I did stress to them that I had a 10month old child and it was very important to me that I made sure that the taxi would be there. We waited and waited, we were outside dead on 23:55. No taxi came for my name. We waited half an hour and nothing. When I phoned up, I was spoken to like it wasn't an issue, the man was incredibly rude. He said there was no evidence of my booking, my phone number didn't link with the system. Yet I had a confirmation text. Absolute joke of a company. I will NEVER be using this taxi rank again. Disgusting.

Booked a taxi 3 weeks in advance. They were due to turn up at 6.15pm and called at 6.15pm to say they were stuck in traffic and were still 25 minutes away. We had somewhere to be at 7pm and were left rushing about trying to find an alternative method of transport there and back. Terrible service and would absolutely not recommend.
