Well known for dishonest about price charge! the white Toyota taxi driver charged me £5 only from Morton road to fishers field, found out later it should be £2.50 across the whole town!

I've used this company twice in the past 2 months and they are a complete joke. My last experience they said they would be 10 minutes and I waited for longer than 45 minutes. Whilst waiting I was calling them and they would not pick up the phone to communicate with me to let me know what was going on. When they did eventually pick up they couldn't tell me where the driver was and put me on hold. Then after 10 minutes on hold they cut me off. This morning I needed a taxi to get to the station to go to work I asked it to be 10 minutes they said fine. 15 minutes later I hadn't received a phone call to say they were outside so I went to the door. They were outside so I said 2 minutes please I need to put my shoes on. I put my shoes on and said bye to my daughter, opened the door and they were gone. I called the company they said he'd been waiting for 20 minutes! Really, when I only called it 15 minutes ago? Complete joke of a company. I should of learned the first time, I'm never using them again.
