Absolutely terrible service. Taxi booked and we were told 10-15 minutes. 1 hour later it finally arrived. Had we have been told it was an hour wait time it would not have been an issue, we would have just used a different taxi firm. But being lied to each time we called to find out where it was (3 or 4 times) is unacceptable. Tell me honestly in the first place how long it will be. I then asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn't one there. The guy I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. Appalling service!!

Driver sat in the boot of the car in front, nearly crashed on two separate occasions, did 45mph in the 30 limits, then tried to charge us an extra £7.50 claiming a snow surcharge after all the snow had cleared and when the receipt showed otherwise. Absolute scam. Horrific and terrifying experience are the two most polite words i can conjure to describe the experience. Want to be petrified and ripped off? choose Falcon Taxi.

Very reliable taxi service. Good app. I am happy to recommend to anybody, never had a negative experience. I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from but I have always been happy with the service and prices.
