MOTHER DYING IN HOSPITAL AND MAZ AND HIS COMPANY (RED LINE CARS)FEEL IT'S APPROPRIATE TO CHARGE MY FAMILY AN EXTRA £50 FOR HAVING TO WAIT FOR THEM THROUGH IMMIGRATION IN ARRIVAL AT HEATHROW. ORIGINAL FARE WAS ALREADY £118 FROM HEATHROW TO RISBOROUGH (40MINS) WHICH INCLUDED WAIT TIME. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE SCUM. THEY COULDN'T EVEN GET THE BOOKING NOTED CORRECTLY DESPITE TELLIMG THEM 3 TIMES OR MORE
