Just had JET TAXIS RED ESTATE SKODA OCTIVIA. Reg SP62 OLM. His car was full of cigarette smoke my partner had an asthma attack and we had to get out the car while she recovered. We asked for another car and asked the controller to wave the charge due to the problem we had.He refused and we had to pay the driver we have paid the diver as it was nothing to do with him but we will be reporting this to the council tomorrow

Really didn't like that attitude of the driver. Tried to charge me an extra £2.50 for a chihuahua in a bag. He thought for a moment and plucked this number out of nowhere. This was for an 8 minute journey to an event which would only have cost us 3 or so pounds. We then had to get another taxi company who took us no problem. We were late for the event and the attitude of the Jet taxi driver was really cocky, he was sniggering and seemed pleased with himself when we left the taxi. Absolute scam.

worst taxi company in the UK. Do not turn up to booking that are already booked and paid for. Then have the receptionist argue with you and blame you for them turning up to the wrong flight number. Only an hour 30 mins late for a booking from the airport. Do not trust these guys with your travel plans

I love the jet taxis company they are better than any other taxi company and they have reasonable prices for you if you are going to go to somewhere. The jet taxis company are always on time if you need a lift somewhere and they are very helpful and caring towards others .
