Rented with Wren for the last 4 years and never had such a positive private rental experience. Aside from the flat being in the most fabulous liverpool location communication from all the staff is second to none and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have now moved out and assistance with the moving out process was fabulous and made the whole process a lot less stressful!
It's not only about WREN wanting to claim someone's deposit in a fraudulent way as many reviewers have said. I reported a water leak from the top floor in October 2021. Despite several reminders and informing them of health issues we had due to moulds and waste water from top floor, they refused to do repairs until in March 2022. I wrote initially about my sad experience with these people. They replied with lies and deceits. Why don't you like honest reviews about your terrible service? This is what most people say about your company. It's not only one person. Once again, I urge tenants to avoid your awful service.
Avoid these people at all cost. Very dangerous to say the least. I will come back with my unpleasant experience about their wickedness in details. I have a similar experience like Danielle D. A in one of the reviews here. The cruelty and unprofessional attitude of some of their staff have to be stopped.
WREN agent helped me find a fantastic flat in Manchester. I lived there for almost 2 years during which all issues were dealt promptly. Due to professional reasons I had to leave the flat and the process was as swift as the start of the rental. Lorraine, WREN agent, was fantastic from beginning to end. She quickly realized what I wanted and was always professional, reliable and honest, which is so crucial when you are looking for a place to live. Thank you Lorraine and thank you WREN for such a great service.
I've been a tenant for 4+ years with WREN and never had to complain a single time for the service they provide. My requests were always answered really quickly. And when I left, I got my deposit back within a few days. All in all great letting agency.
We were tenant with Wren for just over 3 years. They were always professional and helpful whe. Something went wrong. Responses were usually quick and their service team went above and beyond.
