Finally I can write a 5 star review as a tenant. Someone please pinch me.
Here's why I had a great experience with SW so far:
The team are very personal and helpful, and I personally met everyone I deal with for my tenancy.
When I moved in, everything seemed pretty transparent and fair: in the past, agencies hid problems only to point them out at the end of the tenancy.
They promptly sent in a contractor when one of the radiators got detached: it was fixed within less than 24 hours, and again, the contractor was very friendly and helpful.

I've been a tenant in a stevenson whyte  property since May 2017 and i've received nothing short of excellent service. When we had a problem with a broken toilet they fixed it within 24 hours, similarly when we had an issue with a faulty mattress they had a replacement delivered within two days. All the staff I've spoken to have been extremely polite, professional and efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Stevenson Whyte became our managing agents some years ago and James has been our main contact throughout. His attitude and responsiveness has been exemplary, carrying out simple tasks as and when asked, and providing excellent service on our behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your next venture.
