The whole process with Ascend has been fantastic, from the viewing to the application. The property viewing was arranged quickly and James gave me all of the information about fee's and processes were discussed with me at the end of the viewing. Alex in the office was really helpful with getting everything moving and sent over to the application and referencing teams. Within 48 hours we had completed our application and were confirming our move-in dates! Ascend - you have a great team. Thanks for making this dreaded task more enjoyable than it should be!

The whole team at Ascend have been very helpful in my search. I had booked my viewing a few days in advance. Beth knew how keen I was, and called back within a few hours to move my viewing forward after another cancellation - really appreciated! Aaron was very professional during my viewing, and answered all my questions. Thank you both!

Mixed experience. We had a issues with a lack of communication during our tenancy coupled with an ongoing water ingress in our master bedroom. Our main point of contact at the time, we feel, performed below expectations although we have been informed that person is no longer an employee of Ascend. Having been contacted by Adam following our departure from the property we were given the chance to discuss our experiences and offer feedback which was a welcome opportunity. It was appreciated that Adam fed back our input to his team and then talked through what has been done to improve the experience of current clients.
