The WORST agency ever! Please do not go to this place. They are literally frauds. First time when I found a property from this place I told them I am interested in their property and made a viewing appointment. After that I wanted to make a contract so I brought all the papers I needed and paid deposit. For the last step, I only needed to sign on online documents and they said they are going to send me a link soon so I just waited. However, I did not get any link through email so I made a call to ask and what I heard from them was they cancelled my contract because i did not sign on the online document which I have never got one. I explained, i did not get one so just send me so i can sign on but what they said was since they already cancelled the contract I can not go with the same property which I wanted so I need to find another property from same building with £100 per month more. Basically, they just raised the price within a week so they can make more profit. They did not even make an apology although they just cancelled my contract without asking me properly. What they said was they thought i wouldnt want to finish the contract because I didnt not sign on the document which i have never got one. How does not want to finish their contract after paying the deposit and saying wait for the documents to be sent? The offers they gave me while I was viewing the property were not on the contract papers. Unfortunately, I did not read whole contract papers (I believe people don't really read the whole contract papers carefully before they sign on) and this guys used this. They said bills are included and free laundry machine services but after I actually moved in and when I asked them, their respond was they never said that. I couldn't prove because they said it during viewing session in verbal so I am paying the bills and laundry services as extra. Their respond always take really long. Never pick up phone call even if they do don't trust if they say they will call you back they never call you back. Never reply email. Unless you actually visit the office you wouldn't be able to be answered. PLEASE, DON'T WORK WITH THIS PLACE. I really really strongly recommend you to find another agency. I can guarantee wherever you go it will be better than this place

Very satisfied with the service from Belvoir. I wasn't sure of the process before moving into my apartment so Razan kindly took her time to explain everything to me in the office. Thank you very much for your helpful service

Mark Stock at Belvoir was a fantastic help when I moved to Manchester. On the first day I put a deposit down on the property, he was able to take my family and I back to it for a second look straight away, even though he didn't have to go out of his way to do this so quickly. Following this, every query I had he answered quickly and managed to get furniture sorted for me within 24 hours of asking! Mark is a credit to the company, would highly recommend!

We found a suitable flat online with Belvoir, by the following afternoon we had viewed the property and agreed a tenancy (including a discount on fees). Prompt, professional and overall excellent service from Shaz, Mark and Razan, much welcome after less than ideal experiences with other letting agents.
