I have rented properties previously in other areas of the country and dealt with several different agencies and agency staff – JLL is by far the best I have dealt with. Their responsiveness, consumer understanding and dedication is second to none and they are an excellent role model for the industry.

An absolute disgrace of a lettings agent. The toilets in our flat basically exploded which lead to the flat being deemed uninhabitable by all parties. We were told we absolutely could not cancel the tenancy and had to see out the remaining few months in alternative accommodation, which we were disappointed with by accepted. We were in a three bed, but JLL only had a two bed available. I had to find alternative accommodation which I was told I would be compensated for. It took us around 6 months to get this payment. The manager of the Manchester office on High Street has absolutely no understanding of customer service or how to treat a customer. We had to threaten to use legal action before they agreed to pay us the circa £900 we were collectively owed and had been promised we would immediately given. Do not use JLL.

We have been using JLL to manage our apartment in Liverpool for many years. I have always found them to be professional and courteous and the service is excellent. Our Property Manager, Natalie Harrison is very attentive and has always been on hand to give sound advice and sort out any issues. I have no hesitation in recommending JLL and Natalie to any prospective client.

This is the first letting agent I've dealt with that treat tenants respectfully. Jordan in particular has been really helpful from start to finish, she has never made me feel bad about calling her for something and has always helped me out straight away. The fees were reasonable when I first moved in, and I would definitely let a property through them again.

I've rented properties with a few companies over the years and JLL have by far been the best I've come across. Fees are reasonable and they are upfront about them. After service in particular is superb. My flat is managed by a lady called Jordan and she couldn't be better! Any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently and she is always super quick to respond to emails/calls etc. Overall very impressed with this company and would not want to rent from anyone else now.
