Six years - five stars.
Being an estate agent is high risk business, evident from the reviews. Its either all good or all bad, not much in between. How they deal with matters when things start to go bad is what determines how good an agent is and that's why I give five stars to these guys. Help is always at hand and matters are addressed effectively in a timely manner. As tenants for a long duration, I've received maintenance and repairs extremely efficiently and from experts of their traits.

I have been signed with the estate Agent Manchester more than two years
It is really so perfect agency i said that because they are helpful and friendly staff (Matthew, Robert), fast response by email.
Brilliant communication between me and land loard.
I am recommended deal with the estate agent.

The estate Agent Manchester, particularly Danny have been fantastic in answering any queries and dealing with any issues which may have occurred. Danny was fantastic in finding me parking in the city centre and after enquiring about parking Danny made sure he’d found somewhere to park my car that very same day! The service which Danny and his team provide do go above and beyond. 
Would highly recommend The Estate Agent Manchester to anyone.

I'm a current tenant, and the levels of service from these guys totally outshine any previous letting agent. Any issues are dealt with promptly, and they are really friendly, professional and customer focussed. If I was ever to let out a flat myself, I can't imagine using any other company. Highly recommended.

Anybody reading this should check Yell for reviews. 
This company is responsible for writing all the 5 star reviews.
I'm a tenant at a property managed by The Estate Agent Manchester, and nothing is without complication: 

Recently had a similar experience to that of the previous reviewer, where an arrangement was made and then not kept. 

It was made worse by the fact that they then tried to spin it as a favour (changing the date to one that was sooner) and sent a very unprofessional email asking what planet we are on where changing an agreed date wasn't a favour. 

To anyone still reading, they were arranging for sofas to be delivered, for which I needed to attend and needed 7 days notice to book time off work. After agreeing the dates, they waited until it was too late to change the booked time off to tell me they moved it forward by two days as a 'gesture of good will'. 

I wonder if I make my rent payments two days later if they will feel the same way.
