Natalie Berry has restored my faith in estate agents. In all the years and several houses I have bought and sold I have never had such a positive experience. Natalie kept me informed every step of the way, returned my calls promptly, answered all my questions and did everything she could to make the whole process as quick and smooth as possible. I wholeheartedly agree that this girl deserves promotion!

Today's experience has not been good but will update IF the service improves. I felt barriers when trying to ask more detailed questions and felt rushed off phone. I am a potential buyer not a seller so based on today's experience would not be happy to use for a sale. It's not good giving negative feedback but it's how I have found the service to be. Let's hope I can replace this with 5 stars by the time it's concluded. Update: I withdrew my offer. Very unhappy with the service once offer was made

Natalie was extremely helpful from the time our cottage was first listed with Express. Her comms were excellent and her professional manner certainly helped our transition to the next stage so much smoother. Many thanks Natalie

The service provided initially in the sale of our property and its resale when the first buyer pulled out was excellent. Everything promised promptly and well. Advice was clearly and sensible. The person working with us then left and the progression work and in particular the poor communications, became a problem. We had to chase repeatedly to get even simple things done, with the response that staff were 'very busy'. We were paying for a service and expect delivery, not excuses for things that the company is responsible for. Yes, we got a sale but we had months of hard work and worry, much of which could have been reduced or avoided. If we ever decide to sell again we will not use Express. Personally, though it appears more expensive, I think using a local conveyancer is better value.

Natalie Berry has been fantastic the whole way through the process. She answered all of my (sometimes random) questions in as much detail as possible and helped explain parts of the process that I didn't understand. She kept me updated (even when there were no updates) and was the first person I would turn to with a question. I know that she would always answer my calls and emails as quickly as she could and has stopped me going insane! Natalie made the whole process as stress-free as possible for us and I am so grateful that she was assigned to our purchase.
