Fantastic service. My apartment was valued, advertised and sold (at the asking price and first viewing I might add!) within 2 weeks. The sales process was managed brilliantly by Ben and JP - I was always kept informed of progress and they were always available to speak to if I had any queries. The fact that the directors make a point of being involved and available at all times says it all really. I was really made to feel valued. I will definitely be using Case McNair for future sales / purchases.

Had a great experience with Alastair at Case McNair. We were able to view the property at an hour that worked for us and once we put a deposit down the process to get us moved in went very smoothly while we were updated at each stage. We were looked after throughout our tenancy and they were always available if ever we needed anything. Moving out was straightforward and we cleaned the apartment properly so got our full deposit back. Having experienced a number of letting agents i would definitely recommend Case McNair !

Thumbs up for Maria Case and Alastair McNair. I rented a property managed by Case McNair in Manchester, and both of them are extremely easy to deal with and go over and beyond to help.

Making the move north from London to Manchester and Case McNair have completly removed the hassle and worry from such a big move. The employees I've work with on securing an apartment have been incredibly professional, helpful and reassuring. I use these guys to let out my properties and they are very good and professional and work to provide a good and fair service to both landlord and tenant which is what I like about them. They are also honest and realistic about rents.
