Please do not enter this company's shop. I did 3 years ago to buy a dream kitchen for my new home. It's turned into a nightmare kitchen. Now pushing for a full refund, as not fit purpose. For started off with wrong measurements. Planner not looking for water, gas, electric intake - not his job. So money extra to get gas pipes moved. Happy to tell me his commission from my sale was taking his family to Florida. Linda Barker Gloss range is rubbish it finish is sub-standard, not fit for purpose. Don't worry if you have a problem, they don't care. New doors sent last year ,still faulty. The worse company ever to deal with. Think they are above a consumer law and will try every trick in the book to avoid doing the right thing. It's the whole company not just this store. They have been on numerous TV shows, about ripping people off. There are thousands of unhappy customers. Do your homework check out Facebook and Twitter.

Went to this showroom in January where one of the designers showed us around the different types and helped us with the choice. We very valued his knowledge and advice. He was very patient and friendly too. After designing the kitchen we viewed in VR. One month later the kitchen was fitted and we love it.

I can only review on our own experience which was very good. Stress free, excellent fitters, love the finished product.

We had excellent service from Wren, from the design process to the wonderful fitting service. We had a long delay before installation (owing to building work overrunning), but Wren were very accommodating.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, poor design, wrong units supplied manager never there. Customer service joke, got refunded eventually for items that I never needed and no explanation as to why they had been included. Stay away.
