Terrible and incompetent staff never want to approach customers always just seem to be lurking around in big groups and chatting and having fun not doing their jobs spent over 45 minutes looking at fridges and freezers didn't get asked once if i needed any help to decided. So with that I'll take my business elsewhere as I thought it was unacceptable. Spoke to the manager hopefully we'll sort it staff out.

Good store. ..though it's a lottery to get a good knowledgeable member of staff. My advice do your product research first and then ask more there.

Good store, however just needs a bit of cleaning, couldn't stop sneezing from all the dust! Can you guys potentially look at securing a deal with Henry?

OK rating only going towards BAD. This is because the majority of this shop concentrates on Wi-Fi enabled everything from TV to Radio; laptops, earphones, desktop, keyboard and mouse. Sadly, if you are looking for any of the above NOT WI-FI enabled or NOT WIFI inbuilt (because you care about your love ones), you are in for a great trouble and a very unique choice (one choice). Considering that the technology has not been tested and regulated properly yet, as are chemicals or asbestos, you would think the business still sell lots of alternatives: but NO. They are more interested about profit than potential public health risk. Furthermore, the large majority of staff are not IT knowledgeable because as soon as you ask detailed questions, they do not understand the specifications discussed – simple things really: these people are sell agents, which confirm previous points and therefore support my rating of this shop. I am not tempted to return.
