Friendly staff, competitive prices and a central location with loads of parking spaces at the front of the store. Great selection of furniture and nice quality to suit various budgets. I would recommend and it's certainly worth a visit.
I wanted to leave a review for Shane from Thurrock as the whole experience was a complete pleasure from start to finish. What a wonderful sales consultant. Shane dealt with all my queries and spent time ensuring I had all the information I needed to make a decision on what furniture I would like for my new home. Honestly he went above and beyond with a smile on he’s face at all times, I could not believe he wasn’t a more senior member of the team I look forward to coming back and purchasing in the next few weeks. Had the most amazing experience with Tammy. Tammy couldn’t of done more than enough for us to help us find our perfect mattress. Tammy provided us with all the information we needed and recommended what spring to weight ration we needed to find the perfect mattress. Couldn't of asked for a better service and all the staff including Tammy were very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend furniture village.
We had a lovely experience and Louise had helped us a lot with any issues we had! We also wish her a happy birthday for tomorrow hope she has a great day! Overall experience is really good and would recommend if you need anything for your house.
DO NOT USE THEM! They are very responsive during the sales part but following that, they are appalling. I placed my order from the Thurrock store for a dining table and some chair back in February I have only received part of my order 2 months later than expected delivery. I am completely appalled at the service I have received since placing my order. Some of the initial chair frames I received do not sit flat and wobble so it's very uncomfortable to sit on. The delivery men who installed it raised a note about it on the same day of delivery and since then I have sent photos and details to the aftercare team multiple times and nothing has been done. No one has even bothered to contact in the last one month to give any update and each time I am having to waste my time and energy to chase on this without any resolution. I was told I will be given replacement chairs at one point over the phone, and nothing has been communicated since. Additionally, I am yet to receive two more chairs and now one of the online representative has told me that the supplier has gone into liquidation. This delivery was due back in May and no one from the Furniture Village side has even bothered to notify me of that. This is unacceptable and very disheartening when you have been waiting so long for something. They do not even have the decency and basic courtesy to notify you of additional delays!
We have just left Furniture Village after buying a table and bed frame with Louise. We just wanted to leave a quick review because Louise was incredibly helpful, she spent a lot of time researching and trying to get the right table for us in time for Christmas. She was knowledgeable, able to make alternative suggestions and lovely to deal with. I would recommend asking for Louise when you go .
Great store with helpful & knowledgeable staff. Wasn't rushed or pushed to make decisions. Louise helped us throughout, so good in pricing different options for us when ordering 2 beds & mattresses taking time the time to listen to our specific needs.
After a lot of furniture shopping we returned to Thurrock furniture village and purchased a sofa set and bed from a lovely salesman called Paul. Their products are by far the best quality around, and the professional, friendly service we recieved from Paul left us feeling confident and happy with our purchases. Thanks again. I'd 100% recommend the store ans the products.
A fairytale experience - lovely service. So much time and patience provided. If you got to this FV please go and see Simeon, he will help you and suggest you things that are perfect for you. Simeon is witty, patient and a great chat and went through the whole process with us very smoothly. He’s full of energy and very motivated to do his best for the customers.
We were served today by Tammy at the Lakeside branch, she was so super helpful. She had great customer service skills and spent a lot of time with us showing us different products. Would definitely recommend furniture village to others and thanks Tammy for all your help x
