Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager Liam Fields at lakeside store is extremely rude and unhelpful! Avoid bathstore at all costs! I was charged for 5 items which I did not want and now this company does not want to give me my money back! Complaints to head office are ignored! Save your money and go to better bathrooms, wicks or b&q where they actually care about their customers.
