Variety of choice was loads and different colours. Shame as there was large group of staff all standing in a big group as we walked in. Could come across very intimidating to potential buyers
After having an horrendous time with Furniture Village for 6 mths wrong goods, faulty goods And in the past with DFS. We were very apprehensive about going to Sofology in May, as part of same group, but needed sofas. We were met by Derek I think explained how we felt, he spent a lot of time with us. Ordered 2 Sofas, arrived this week, quicker that expected. We are very happy with them. Also big shout for delivery team, the sofas had to go up to 1st floor Town House we're others have struggled, They were totally professional, all unpacked in the room

Not even think to buy from Sofology. Quality awful. After 3.5 years of use all paint in the sitting area was going out, and the mechanical lifters not working anymore. Please avoid
Had purchased sofa online in good faith. I was told it was a cancelled order. Little did I know from the purchase day till now I would be left without my old sofas and to now without any sofa at all in my house. It all started on the delivery date in June 2021 to have the delivery cancelled on the day. That was not too bad as a replacement sofa came not on the promised day but two days later still no phone to let us know but they just turned up. When we got delivered the sofa we ordered, it was not a cancelled order, it was a shop floor sofa and came with damages. We were told to contact the office, took me 1 hour 45 minutes of waiting to get through, to be told we can have the delivered sofa returned and to be replaced with the same alternative. I have also purchased a 4 seater new, to be told they can deliver the set and would have a call back to let me know with a delivery date. 3 weeks has gone by had no call at all. I had then called waiting this time got 1 hour and 17 minutes to be told I shall get a call back the following week with an update of delivery. Once got a call back on a the following week Wednesday though I had fully paid for the sofa 10th August 2021 - the sofas had been sold to alternative customers in the 14th August and they have taken delivery of the items on the 26th August 2021. I have been waiting for a call back from the managers / been two weeks into September and still waiting. The have full payment from me but no sofa from sofaology there is a lot more that I have not added as it would take me at least 30 minutes to type. What a f”ing joke. Still no call, still waiting times of over an hour to speak to someone

I was very impressed with the service from Sofology. Very knowledgeable and very personable staff. Would recommend visiting if nothing else, getting advise and insight for sofa options.
Ordered from Steve at Thurrock. He was very helpful. 4 months later sofa delivered. Only half delivered as the other half is either lost or the order was not made correctly. 5 days later no help from customer service. Sitting with half a sofa that in fact is littered with fault. Absolutely disgusting service. Customer service team need training. £9,000 order. Should have bought else where. We shouldn't have to be calling every 24 hours to be fobbed off. Can no raise a complaint with management as they won't pass the call over. Wrong
On Sunday and Monday the staffs and manager were very helpful. They were very out going and easy to talk to. My mum and I were pleased with the service they gave us. Hopefully down the line we can go there to get more furnitures, as it is the place to be.
Still waiting for our third replacement sofa, as the previous two were faulty and the wrong colour. An arrangement was made through customer service to replace for the third time and was told 22 April 2022. Made so many calls , emailed the Thurrock store and people say they are going to chase up and call back, noone ever does. This is already a complaint and it just gets worse !! Just got off the phone again to be told there is a problem with the supplier, before that it was all blamed on Covid !!....We are now in May 2022 and nobody in customer service know when we are due this bloody delivery. Absolutely unbelievable service. If you cannot provide a replacement then just give me my money back!!!
