I visited here with my partner and I must say I can’t believe how pleasant the staff were, they left us to have a look when they greeted us. When we did require help they was already there helping us. I am so pleased with the Sofa and Table and Chairs we bought, it’s been delivered and the crew where brilliant. I don’t know what people are moaning about, probably just liars. Faultless service, keep it up! The furniture is great, and very good quality. Lakeside is a great location too. Sofas are great, dining table is great and the chairs are also great!

Store is OK, but overall experience is horrible!! Bought corner sofa and coffee table in May. Was told that coffee table production will take approx 12 weeks so sofa and table will be delivered together. Then in July had delivery of the sofa but Harveys said that they still awaiting for coffee table to be delivered to their warehouse and it will take them few more days to get it delivered. Week after had a call that we need to wait few more days for coffee table. Few days after had another call from Harveys saying that we wont get coffee table as production of those coffee table has been discontinued???? For a couple of weeks now trying to get refund - still no progress as every time they just offering replacement! When we unpacked sofa - leather has been damaged, with dirty marks all over. I'll never use them again. And customer service is absolutely useless of solving issues!

Ordered my sofas back in June! initial delivery was schedule for August but had to chase the store myself and finally got it delivered by mid October! Still waiting two more singles chairs and god knows it will be delivered to us! NEVER AGAIN!!!
