Bought a sofa back on 2017 and had problems with it straight away, was given a replacement and then had the same issues but held on to it. Now it’s getting really bad and they are saying the warranty is only for 15 years for new sofas not from when I bought. Appalling service for a company that is really expensive!
Been looking for a specific table was out of stock in the normal shops. But spoke to the Lovely customer service lady named Baeh i hope i spelled it right - she has been very patient and ever so kind. She really did try her very best to help me look for the item i wanted. Amazing experience working together with her - would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for any type of assistance!
Hardly anything, all left overs bits and bobs, prefer to pay full price with complete set.

Great store.carter helped us alot and he is great guy. We bought half of our furniture from dwell. Really appreciated carter.
Nothing of interest for us. Most pieces a bit far out or over priced to be honest. Would recommend to have a walk around to see if its to your taste as some table and chairs sets looked OK.
1st time purchase and I'm very pleased. Great product, packed properly with decent instructions. I will use again!
Recently bought 4 dining chairs from the shop. We had a great experience with them. We picked up from the store, the staff were extremely helpful and very patient as we tried to squeeze 4 chairs into my smallish car. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for household furniture.
