Please do not purchase a sofa from AHF! 
My elderly father bought a sofa and paid for the supposedly extended warranty to ensure that he was fully covered for any eventuality. 
After a MERE 6 MONTHS THE sofa has COLLAPSED in parts - apparently this is considered as normal WEAR AND TEAR !!!!! 
So don’t buy a sofa from AHF unless you are happy for a life span of 6 months! 
Truly disgusted 
To add insult to injury a customer relations advisor at the head office changed her story several times to ensure that no assistance of repair of refund was offered. 

Consumers - Also be aware that AHF are not part of the Furniture Ombudsman, which means as a consumer you have less protection.

PUBLIC WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM AHF Furniture & Carpets 

I bought a sofa bed; you cannot sit on the sofa as it buckles in the middle

AHF insisted on sending out THREE technicians that they picked and sent.

ALL THREE admitted you cannot sit on the sofa . I've accepted new cushions, a NEW SOFA-BED but the problem is the product. The final technician advised the only way to sit on the sofa is to fold a duvet within the bed.

AHF CEO, Matt Hesketh has decided that a sofa-bed you can't use as a sofa is not a problem, he will not refund me even though I informed the company within 6 months (required by Consumer Right 2015 Act for Not for Purpose and Not Satisfactory Quality items) and even though the brand new replacement did exactly the same thing. The only resolution offered is for me to spend MORE money with AHF.

Left: the store model sat on every day by many customers over and over.

RIght: the THIRD resolution I accepted and a BRAND NEW sofa bed. Clearly different. Clearly not fit for purpose. You just fall into the middle. Cannot sit on it without props under your thigh (I'm sat on my own here, imagine the pull into the middle with two of you)

Friendly, helpful and honest staff.  Delivery has taken a while but it should be here in one week now delivery all booked. If I need a new sofa again in the future, AHF will be the first port of call.

We didn't know about AHF before but pleasantly surprised by range of furniture. Sales person were polite and not pushy for hard sale. We were looking for sofas and price with discounts were certainly unbeatable. We went in there with the intention of browsing and left with buying 3+2 sofas over something we had in mind of buying from another of big brand store couple of doors away, end result better style and much bigger savings into pocket.
