Just moved into my new home and was looking for a sofa to suit. I found this one at the pop up shop in manchester. The sales rep lisa collier went above and beyond to help me with my order! Delivery was great. On time and the drivers were brilliant. I ordered this sofa to begin with at 1700 but a day later it went down in the sale to 999 so I cancelled and reordered. I had no issues with whatsoever refund was given in 14 days. So far so good with quality and I am super happy with my sofa :- thanks again lisa for amazing customer service !!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no interest in helping and their customer service is shocking! We pre ordered our sofa back in February for delivery at the start of June and they delivered 2 halves of completely different sofas. We are still trying to get a new delivery date in which we had already taken the time off work and they are now saying that we have to wait another 3 weeks on top of the 4 months we already waited. Do not waste your money on this company. The amount of time it has taken for us to get through and even a word out of customer services it would have been quicker to wait the normal lead times from DFS! We are going to be taking this further as we have also been expected to store the wrong half of someone else's sofa until they can provide us with a replacement. This is absolutely appalling - we will be taking this further as they have still got our money but we have no sofa!
Would highly recommend Sofa Club. From ordering to delivery the customer service has been amazing. Helpful when purchasing the sofa and regular communication while waiting for my delivery. Once delivery had been booked I received a message two days before to confirm the time and on the day the delivery guys called me to confirm the delivery time and even better they were 3 hours early! Very friendly delivery team and we’re very helpful in positing the sofa exactly where I wanted it!
Myself and my fiancé had a wonderful experience today at sofa club lakeside! We went this morning to pick a new sofa for our new house & we met the lovely Karen who helped us! I had seen one online and showed her the picture she was honestly so lovely, we had a little refreshment ordered the sofa had a chat and left everything was so easy and no pushy sales person. So Thank you to Karen she brightened up our Monday! X
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! The sofa they sent isn’t even half the size of what they’ve shown. It has no filling it and it hurts to sit on it. The structure is so uncomfortable the pillows don’t have any filling in them. When we told them about the issue they said sorry we can’t do anything, this is how it is. In their pictures and adverts they claim one can jump on the sofa because it’s so cloudy and comfy, that’s all a lie. Please do not buy anything from these guys. Do yourselves a favour and buy a second hand sofa rather than buying from this joke of a company.
Ordered a sofa was told six weeks delivery!! I’ve waited around 11 weeks, got rid of my old sofa weeks so been sat on an air bed. The sofa finally arrived today and it was covered in black marks all on the arm it’s a cream sofa didn’t even look at the rest as told drivers to take it away. The delivery driver asked for a cloth and tried to clean it off!! Like I’m going to pay all that money for a sofa that looked like it had been dragged on the floor . Disgusting service
Bought my Chelsea sofa and received it within 2 weeks of purchase. The delivery team were great and the customer service team answered any questions I had along the way. I couldn't recommend Sofa Club enough!
Absolutely shocking! Got sent the wrong sofa. Customer service is horrendous! No contact number! Just WhatsApp messaging in which the chat gets deleted every 24 hours. Tried for almost 2 weeks to get a response to return my order and get a refund and had zero joy! Seems a lot have people have the same problems. They delete people comments on instagram asking for help. Please please avoid! Another customer I spoke to messaged the managing director directly and he said he would block her if she kept asking for a refund. Do not order from this company!
Omg terrible terrible sofa, first the arm broke off the frame, still squeeking now after it being fixed, complained about the corner part as sunk, got told its were it's webbed and just the design ,design should be fit for purpose apparently not a manufacturing fault lol.... clearly it is as the seat isn't fit for purpose, the warranty firm are bias to sofa club. The technician didn't even open the bottom of the sofa to have a look to see if the corner was broken... because he knew they get 100s of complaints about it!!!! I won't let this lie and be fobbed off il go to the small claims court if I have to.
DO NOT USE SOFA CLUB! Sofa was lovely to start with. The state of it after 3 months is horrendous. I understand you get “wear and tear” as they keep telling me, but this is after 3 months!!! My previous sofa I had for a year and still looked brand new. The quality of their sofas are diabolical. I even paid the additional £155 for the premium package, and submitted a claim and been told “due to wear and tear there is nothing they can do”. My sofa looks about 6 years old and it’s only 3 months old. Disgusted by the outcome of sofaclub and their product. £1600 for this sofa, I now need to buy a new one because it is that bad. It will not allow me to upload photos, please take my word and do not buy from this company. I will never use sofa club again and will not recommend them to anyone.
