Was very pleased we went with wrens for our new kitchen. From the designer at the showrooms, right through to the installation. All went very smoothly. We could see how our kitchen would look like on screen. Emails were sent, giving updates so we knew exactly what to expect. The installer was very professional and friendly. Always arrived on time. Couldn't fault him. The worktop came 10 days after kitchen fitted. All went well with no problems. The tiler came to complete the kitchen which finished it off perfectly.
From help with the design and delivery Wren had been an excellent company to deal with. There was plenty of contact to let us know when the delivery was going to arrive and the delivery men were very professional. I got a bedroom fitter to fix into our bedroom once I had built the units myself. Recommended if you are thinking of a kitchen or bedroom as we have both supplied by Wren.

Steer well and truly clear. We had heard that Wren were far better with their customer service and hence decided to give them a chance. All had gone well but there were a few minor mistakes. I'm very easy going and let most slide. But today our oven arrived, 3 weeks late and the wrong colour. I was orient about the late arrival, but cannot accept cream instead of black. I've called to rectify but they said we had changed it which we had not. As you can see, our 3D renders have always shown black. But we have ended up with cream. I've been patient and waited until 6th December. I was even very polite when we notified them of their mistake. But they point blank refuse to rectify it. Being 8.5 months pregnant, with two children, close to Christmas, and no resolution from Wren customer service after a 2 hour call, I would definitely say to stay well and truly clear.
Brilliant, patient designer Jade. Nothing too much trouble despite changing my mind many times!! Delivery very efficient. 3x damaged or incorrect parts delivered and reordered on the App. Very easily. Love our new kitchen and quartz worktops.
We spoke to Jeanie at wren in Ipswich who organised all the he appointments at our home and guided us though the whole process until completion, no pressure or hard sell and very happy with the outcome would use if we moved again! Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic design service and choice at wren. All delivery as agreed with no damages or.missing parts. Our installation went without fault and can not recommend enough
Cheap for a reason, less than 2 years old and falling apart! We bought a house with a brand new Wren kitchen installed. Less than 10 months of living here and fridge door has fallen off, several handles fallen off, kickboards are displaced and wonky, chips to paintwork and doors not sitting correctly. We are a young professional couple without kids or pets! Warranty was still with original owner so we were told to transfer warranty to us so we could get Wren to fix. Wren then said you can't transfer warranty, and the warranty owner also can't ask for fixes as he doesn't live with us. Me and my partner living at the property and now owners of the kitchen aren't allowed to get fixes done as we don't own the warranty! So either way, Wren completely refuse to help. Very cheap kitchens, cheap materials, poorly made and haphazardly installed to a very poor standard. Really awful.
Bought our kitchen recently, and the service and understanding of staff was amazing. The VR set made it much easier to see how the kitchen was going to look.
Customer service appalling - despite them designing our kitchen and measuring, its on us that they got it wrong. Wouldn't recommend using Wren to anyone
