Brought 20 rolls of turf which was nice and geeen at the edges. Got home and unloaded them all, once rolled out the grass was yellow and black. Took it all back next day to initially be told by the manager it will be fine in a few months!! Er NO !! .. insisted on a full refund. Not a fun experience.

I went to HB to get a gift for a good friend. I know zero about plants so asked an assistant to tell me about the plant I chose. She went out of her way to assist me so thank you for that. I also needed assistance getting the huge plant home and several of the other staff by the customer service point were so helpful and friendly and with smiles on their faces. An enjoyable visit for me. Thank you
