Really great customer support. Changed my mind after ordering new mattress and they were helpful and friendly when placing updated order. Good price too.
Janine was very helpful, she was very thorough and took her time explaining the process and options, add on’s, damage cover and delivery.
Unable to unpack the frame and mattress As new carpet being fitted on 20th May. Please allow time for us to unpack and inspect. Your delivery men Shane and Antony were gentlemen. So very polite, very helpful, clearly knew what to do and how to manoeuvre these large pieces without marking the walls. Amazing! Please thank them very much. A credit to your company. You should be proud of them.
Bensons salesman came straight across to me as a walked in. Very knowledgeable. Help me look at the computer then took me upstairs to look at some mattresses. Not what I was looking for because they were expensive but very good salesman. Very nice store. Very well set out highly Recommend going there. Had a very good experience. Probably the best one on ransoms Euro park
They were both extremely nice and automatically put shoe covers on even when I said they didn’t need to. Extremely nice men, who kept checking I was happy with everything
Knowledgeable shop people. Great range-budget to high end-one we bought is amazing -apple watch sleep stats improved from first night! 0% finance available . Delivery team great. Highly recommend.
Really poor experience with the amount of time wasted. Waiting so long for delivery to find out wrong item sent and now have to wait almost same amount of time again for delivery. No compensation provided just email saying new delivery date. That is disgusting and I'm taking this complaint further to head office if nothing is done within the next week or so.
Both Delivery men were very professional and helpful. They each wore their shoe protection, and over all, they were brilliant. You should be proud of them.
My only complaint would be the time frame of between 7am and 9am, 7am is ridiculously early. My bed was delivered just before 9am so that was fine,
Great experience delivered in a quick time frame hopefully the product last which I'm sure it will need seems nice and well made and was easy to put together.
