Having purchased furniture and carpets from scs before, we had confidence in them once again when we wanted a new sofa and chair. The choice was very good with loads of options for us to meet our needs, and the sales team had all the information we needed, and they did not hassle us once. Very pleased with our choice and the payment options. Quality was good and service from Mathew was first class.
I had looked on the web page but then decided to book an in store appointment, we met with Matthew and he was brilliant very informative and we ordered our new sofa with him. Better in store than online. Keep the store alive, keep jobs going
Great service at SCS Ipswich last Sunday 3rd March. Simon was very helpful and informative! Show room was unbearably hot but Simon turned the heating down to make it more comfortable! Everything was explained to us. We found the sofa we liked but went off the other supplier but went back to purchase the Theo sofa! Discount offers were explained. Great service would highly recommend
I've not shopped at ScS for a while , but I was pleasantly surprised by the price and quality of their in comparison to their competitors. The staff were welcoming, competent and professional in that I placed an order. Will visit them for sure for future purchases.

Just the sort of service that is ideal when your spending alot of money. Confident when you've been given plenty of time to choose. We found a lovely sofa in SCS and we knew right there i had to have it. We spoke to Grant and made our purchase. Grant listened and took his time with us and we found that we felt very relaxed with the pace and atmosphere. I have trouble speaking as my voice loses its power and I have to strain to be heard and understood but Grant was so polite and very patient. Thank you Grant it was our pleasure.
Bought sofas and dining table and chairs service was amazing no pressure grant the salesman went above and beyond his a credit to the company great service and great prices would defiantly use scs again
