Staff unhelpful and dont know how to use a computer, said they'd give us a call regarding about our sofa and never got a call back.

Friendly and helpful staff who made sure I had all the information I needed, even offered a cuppa. No annoying sales people buzzing around you constantly when you're checking out the different mattresses etc. Plus the price match means that they are very competitive as well!

Very friendly staff but beds are so hot considering i payed £800 for just the mattress changed from a gel matt to a pocket sprung 1 & seems even hotter so not sure if i would return as the best bed to get is like over £1500 & who has that kind of money for a bed or mattress.
