My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Furniture Village in Ipswich. We were greatly helped by Lynsey Morrow who answered all our questions about a suitable wardrobe to suit our requirements and explained various options and variations. We placed an order for a wardrobe and will look forward to it being delivered later this year. We bought a bed from furniture village in Ipswich almost 2 weeks ago now. I was a little sceptic at first as always with sales men but in this instance the proof is in the pudding. From setting foot in the door we automatically felt welcomed. Chris Hunt who managed our purchase from start to finish was simply outstanding. His advice with regards to the right mattress has changed our sleeping habits for good. From someone who suffers with a spine condition, Chris' recommendation and guidance through buying the right mattress has left me sleeping the best I have in years! Furniture village this ex forces gent is a true credit to your brand. True professionalism with some cheeky banter left us with an experience that saw us return to store on several occasions since. Thank you to Chris and the team for our new haven.
Really happy with my buying experience with Furniture Village. Sheikh at the Ipswich Branch was amazing, was attentive and covered all my questions. Explained everything in great detail and Sheikh's customer service is a credit to himself and your company. All I can say is that I’m extremely happy with Furniture Village. After some pretty poor experiences with other companies just recently it’s been a really refreshing change!
Fantastic service, Thanks to Jerry, Mo who helped us with our purchase, they were really helpful. The delivery guys, Ash and Pete could not have been more helpful, they unpacked the furniture and put it were l wanted it. They also took away all the packaging. They were friendly and have advice how to care for our furniture I would recommend furniture village to everyone. We bought a corner sofa and a dining set. We are very happy with both, they are great quality. Excellent service.
Went in for a new bed and mattress, Chris was very helpful and knowledgable. He made the process quick and easy! Chris spent time detailing the product care plan so I understood how to care for the items and keep them looking good for longer. Really recommend them for great customer service.
We went in with an idea of what we were looking for and Rachael was very attentive and understanding. She was able to suggest what would be most suitable for our needs and was able to clearly help us through the buying process with clear explanation of what was required. Overall, a great experience. No doubt will come back for anything in the future. Now eagerly awaiting delivery of our new sofa!
Bought a bed from Furniture Village. The sales consultant Jerry Maxim couldn’t have been more helpful, he was genuinely trying to find the right solution, not pushy. Has a nice sense of humour. Pleased with the bed when it arrived.
Fantastic experience from entering the Ipswichstore, we saw what we were interested in and I approached a gentleman Jerry Maxim he was very knowledgeable not at all pushy, answered all of our questions and as a result secured a sale. Highly recommend establishment!
Served today by Alan who was friendly, warm and welcoming while have excellent technical knowledge of the Cinemax media sofa. When very busy with customers he ensured that he returned to us still remembering our requirements and we were able to get the most fantastic sofa! Went out of his way to amend delivery dates to suit the purchase of our new house.
