I would like to share my horrible delivery experience with Wickes. I ordered a curtain pole from them and after 4 days I received a message from them that my order will be delivered today, I kept waiting the whole day and nothing received, the next day I called the customer service to enquire about my delivery and he said sorry this message was sent by mistake!!! the delivery usually takes from 5 - 7 working days, so you will expect it on Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday I called the customer service and she contacted the supplier who said that they will not deliver the order as someone refused it! I don't know who could have refused the order as I have been waiting for them more than a week and at the end they refused to deliver it without even sending a message or refunding the money! This is the first time to deal with them and of course will not repeat it again, very unprofessional and disappointed from a big store like Wickes.

Everything is easy to find. Products are well priced and good quality.

Good place for the materials and kit you need for diy projects and that sort of thing.

Stock levels are bad .and same with customer service ..written to ceo Who just passed it on to the store manager. Obviously doesn't care and spends to much time on the golf course
