Argos High Wycombe Retail Park

Bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner and realised not fit for purpose as it had no brush and we have thick pile carpets. Took it back within 2 hour and wanted to purchase another model. They refused to return and exchange or refund. Argos you are getting no more custom for me now I am stuck with an expensive Dyson which is of no use. Beware everyone don't expect any level of customer service from them. Their policy is that their return policy doesn't apply if the item is not in reasonable condition or used. They will find any excuse to stick that on your face and refuse return. 😲
