NEGATIVE ***** [HATED IT - GO TO DREAMS OR ANYONE ELSE] I have never written on these things before or complained like this. I purchased 3 beds, 2 doubles, 1 single on the 31st of December 2015. After purchase I had been told that delivery would be on the 'staggering' 18th January 2016. Unfortunately, I had accepted this. The 18th came (book time off work) and the beds arrived however I was missing a double bed mattress. Soon as I found out I called customer service who wasn't any help and said that the next earliest time was the 5th of February 2016 which equates another 18 days away. The very best they could provide was a £50 towards a air bed. Totally unacceptable. However, after numerous telephone calls, whilst at the shop with the staff, customer service that they could get the mattress resent over the following day. The very next day came and I found out that this was not the case. The staff in High Wycombe are great but the rest of the company is awful, you left on hold forever, then you are told one thing then another, where they end up contradicting themselves but shamelessly carry on deceiving me and definitely their customers. Try someone else for sure!!!
